# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • You can sneak in as many juicy berries as you want without worrying about things getting too sweet or boozy.
  • It’s my go-to when friends drop by, and everyone can enjoy it—kids and adults alike.
02 -
  • If you skimp on the chilling or try to add sparkling water too soon, you’ll lose the sparkle and everything feels flat.
  • Giving the fruit and juice a brief moment to sit makes the flavors bolder—don’t rush this step if you can help it.
03 -
  • If your fruit isn’t peak-season ripe, let it soak a little longer so the flavor builds.
  • Adding the sparkling water at the very end keeps the mocktail lively, not flat.
